Kwanele Nyawo & Niel Van Staden
CEO & Co-Founder
Kwanele Nyawo
Kwanele is an entrepreneur and the co-founder of MCW. She spent 13 years working for one of South Africa’s biggest corporate companies before embarking on her entrepreneurship journey. She holds two certifications from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and two qualifications from Milpark Education. She is also a former radio talk show host and currently serves on two NGO’s executive committees.

Niël van Staden
Niël is an accomplished entrepreneur and one of the founders of Mzansi Craft Wine. After completing his B.Comm Hons. at the University of South Africa, he emigrated to the United Kingdom. In London, at a leading global investment bank, Niël spent 12 years across a variety of roles gaining extensive experience in Investment Services, Global Markets and Asset Management. After returning to South Africa, he founded several tech companies and serves on a number of boards.
